We now have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal / Commercial & Contracts Advisor for the Legal and Commercial matters, on a 12 month fixed term part time. This interesting and varied role provides a rare opportunity to provide legal and commercial management support to enable and underpin world-leading science and technology and its commercialisation.

Reporting to the Legal & Commercial Manager, you will:

• Analyse and advise on a variety of contracts, ranging from international research collaborations to commercial agreements, working with both research and commercial parties;
• Help to manage the contract process for and on behalf of Betop Corporation;
• Identify, communicate and find solutions to legal risks;
• Participate in the negotiation process;
• Be able to advise on individual cases with senior managers, project managers, the SEGs and others seeking assistance;
• Contribute to the overall functions as well as handle individual cases independently.
